Cancelling the order

Order Returns
We are happy to accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

- Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Providing more detailed information, such as the reason for the return and any relevant images, will help us speed up the process.
- Once your return request is approved, our representative will provide you with the return address.
- We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM.
