Cancelling the order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within one hour of placing your order.

Order Returns

We are happy to accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

For returns, please follow the steps below:

1. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Providing more detailed information, such as the reason for the return and any relevant images, will help us speed up the process.
2. Once your return request is approved, our representative will provide you with the return address.
3. We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM.

Order exchanges
